In a series of private consultations, your needs will be discussed and assessed, and a personalized yoga practice will be developed and taught, one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Private tuition is recommended for anyone wishing to go beyond the possibilities offered in group classes.

1) Developing a personal yoga practice ideally takes 3 to 4 sessions, estimated times are:
First session: consultation and design of practice. (~1-1.5 hour)
Second Session: review after one week (30-60 mins)
Third session: development of practice 2/3 weeks later 30-60 mins)
Fourth session: refinement/progression 1 month later (~1 hour)
